Your Membership will be canceled four weeks after you submit the form on our website. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this four-week period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation of a membership before the expiration of any specified commitment period requires an early termination fee to cover the discounted rate that was incurred. For example, if you agreed to a 12-month Unlimited membership and cancel your membership at the 3-month point you would owe $75 ($600-$525)

If a member decides to reactivate their membership (and we hope you do), the current membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will apply, as membership rates are subject to change.

No refunds will be given on annual paid-in-full memberships.
