Head Coach
Coach Razan has been a passionate CrossFit enthusiast since 2016. Her journey began with her love for the tight-knit community and the mental and physical challenges that CrossFit brings. She became a coach in 2021, receiving her CF-L1 and USAW-L1 certifications.
Driven by her growing passion for Olympic weightlifting, Razan co-founded WiscoFits Barbell Club, WiscoLift, in 2023. She firmly believes CrossFit is an all-inclusive journey, with movements adaptable to all ages and experiences.
As a coach, Razan finds joy in small victories, like when a specific cue clicks for a member and sees that excitement build in their eyes. Understanding that every member is unique, Razan tailors her approach, knowing that what works for one may not necessarily work for another. Her coaching philosophy centers on finding the perfect words to guide individuals toward their goals.
For Razan, CrossFit isn’t just a workout – it’s a journey of breaking barriers and surpassing limits. Every failure fuels growth; her ultimate reward is witnessing members achieve what they once thought impossible.

I fell in love with CrossFit after trying my first class in 2011. I was so sore I could barely lift my arms to wash my hair. I loved that feeling. It was amazing that one class could provide such an intense workout, camaraderie, and competition. I have lived in many places and met many people while doing CrossFit. I’ve seen lives changed, but more importantly, I’ve seen a mental change and toughness evolve in others. I am constantly in awe of the improvements I can see in myself and fellow CrossFitters. There is always a skill or movement you can get better at. There is always another goal to set for yourself. Every workout can be scaled for any individual. CrossFit is truly a sport for everyone. I want to be a part of that change in people, so I coach. I truly love CrossFit and want the opportunity to share it with others. I want to coach athletes to push their limits and become better versions of themselves. Just show up, and our team will help you reach your goals!
