CANCELLATION POLICY
All membership agreements require 30 days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30 days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30 days of your billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be cancelled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. If you choose to return (and we hope you do), you will be subject to current rates.
HOLD POLICY
Members may put their membership on hold, in one calendar month increments, for up to three (3) calendar months per year for a fee of $25 per hold request. Notice of hold must be given to WiscoFit via form at bottom of website at least 3 working days prior to the first day of the month to be frozen (not including Saturdays or Sundays).
a. Commitment/Paid in Full Hold Policy: Commitment membership will have their membership extended for the time it was placed on hold. Membership hold is primarily for persons who are under medical care for a condition that does not allow them to come to the gym for greater than 60 days. If possible, we prefer to assist members with conditions that will require modifications. Please meet with owner to discuss alternative workout options. We do not place memberships on hold for vacations or for time off over the summer/holidays.
b. Term Membership Hold Policy - Members will not be billed for membership during held months. Billing will resume automatically upon end of hold. We do not place memberships on hold for vacations or for time off over the summer/holidays.
c. Major Life Events: Members who experience significant life events (ie move out of the state, military deployment, job loss) will be handled per hold policy above OR on case by case basis as needed.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANNUAL PAID MEMBERSHIPS.
