WHAT WARRIOR BARBELL IS ALL ABOUT

We have one of the longest standing USAW weightlifting teams in the state of Wisconsin. If you are looking to take your sports performance to the next level, then look no further than our structured strength program offered by Warrior Barbell. If you want to get faster, more explosive, stronger or even gain weight for athletics we can help!

Our program is designed for athletes, of all ages! Whether your son or daughter is just getting his or her start in competitive sports, or you are looking to get back into competing in your 40’s or beyond, we can and will structure our program to fit your needs.

Our programs are designed around 12-16 week cycles ending with a meet either in house or a local event. Within those 12-16 weeks, each athlete will follow a similar template with individualized accessory work to help them improve on their problem areas.

One of the most challenging to understand yet rewarding parts of the sport of weightlifting is the mastery of both the snatch and clean & jerk. It does not matter how new to the sport you are or how long you’ve been in the “game,” everyone has a weakness to work on and no one has mastered it all, and that’s what makes it FUN!

Every youth athlete we’ve sent on to HS has set records in their respected weight rooms. It’s never too soon to teach them how their body moves in space. Once they have an understanding for that, you’ll be amazed at the progress that can be made.
