WHAT THRIVE CLASSES
ARE ALL ABOUT

Our Thrive classes are a fantastic way to re-energize your exercise routine if you are looking for a change of pace, a fresh start, or a reset. Thrive is designed to keep you moving, working and keep your body guessing all while having fun in the process. We focus on exercises that will help tone your body and melt fat away. With Thrive, you can also expect to build strength both physically and mentally to tackle anything that life may throw at you. In Thrive, you do not have to worry about heavy barbells or movements you may not be able to handle right away. We use Functional Movement Principles combined with kettlebells & dumbbells to bring you the best hour of your day with the ability to customize any workout to fit your individual abilities. We truly have something for everyone at WiscoFit.

The foundation of this program is Functional Movement, we couple that with:

  • Strength training(push,pull,squat),
  • Dynamic movements(jumps,sprints,climbs),
  • Strongman(tires,sleds,stones)
  • Balance/agility work(ladders,yoga, pilates)

Varying Intensities to Keep Your Body Guessing!

In our small group environment all the thinking is taken care of. All we ask you to do is show up and bring some effort with you. If you struggle to understand that online program you found, are not sure where to start while at the gym or simply sick & tired of feeling sick & tired, let the amazing trainers and coaches at WiscoFit change your life! We have a passion for helping people move and feel better through fitness and nutrition. At WiscoFit you are never alone and you will feel that the second you walk through our door.

You will not find another class like this in our area and that’s not even the best part. There’s no experience required!!! All you have to do is show up and be ready to work hard! We will take care of the rest.

Currently our Thrive classes are being held Tues/Thursday at 1130am
*We hope to bring a 5am option back to our schedule very soon!
