WHAT THE HYBRID PROGRAM
IS ALL ABOUT

Do you love doing weight circuits at your traditional gym? But also like to run the occasional 5k or sprint triathlon? Or maybe it’s the other way, you’ve been told over and over again you need to start running to get in shape. Does your current gym routine support your habits and goals outside of the gym? Maybe it’s lifting to get stronger for your job? Whatever it is, our Hybrid program solves all those problems and more with a ONE hour class!

Concepts and fads come and go as fast as they show up at traditional gyms. So much so that it’s difficult to know who to trust and what to do while you are at the gym, causing you to waste your most valuable commodity… TIME! In just one hour our experienced staff will take you through a structured warm-up, some form of strength work (either bodyweight or weight training related) and then a mixed movement conditioning piece.

But I’m Not a Fan of Cardio…

That’s ok! Neither are we. That’s why the workouts change every day in structure, time and task. You’ll never do the same workout twice in our Hybrid program unless we’ve set a goal to improve on it. This does two things for our members- keeps them excited for tomorrow’s workout and forces their bodies to continuously try to adapt. This is where the magic happens! When your body adapts to a program results slow down, or worse yet, stop all together. Because our Hybridprogram never repeats itself, you can rest assured that the results will never stop.

Basically-Our Hybrid program follows a structured strength program which is then combined with constantly varied functional movement done at high intensity. Just enough structure to continue to push those gains and/or results, with just enough variance to keep your body guessing.

It’s Not Even the Best Part!

In each Hybrid class every day there are 3 workout options- labeled Wellness, Fitness and Performance.

All three of those tracks complete the same workout in each class. for each person at each level, you have a challenge in front of you. While each challenge is slightly modified, they are similar enough to always have that person next to you pushing through the same workout.

We have classes Monday-Friday from 5am-7pm

WELLNESS

Is for the person who wants to get a good workout in but may either not be very confident in their movement or is not to a point where full movements are an option, YET!
(We promise to get you there.)
If you have pain when you squat, have trouble picking things up or can’t take your shoulders overhead etc, this is where you would start at WiscoFit, but your journey will not end here.

FITNESS

Is for the member that is also looking for a challenge. They want to be held accountable to quality movement. We, like you, see workout videos constantly of people trying to go too fast doing half movements weight with too much, causing injury. At this level we will challenge you to move not only fast but to the standards asked by the coach. If you are slightly competitive and looking for the next challenge our Fitness track is for you!

PERFORMANCE

This track is for the experienced athlete looking to take their fitness on to the competition floor. Whether it’s olympic weightlifting, functional fitness competitions or HS/Collegiate sports, the performance track will get you ready. The movements get more advanced and the weights go up but you are still held to the same movement standards as everyone else. Move with purpose and integrity and nothing will stand in your way.
